Häufig liegt das Problem an einer Zugriffsbeschränkung.
- Überprüfen der Besitzerder Dateien ( webXX oder root oder www-data)
- setzen der Zugriffsrechte auf 755 oder kurzzeitig auch 777
- alternativ könnte auf dem Server das Apache-Modul "mod_rewrite" nicht aktiviert sein.
